Soft Washing vs. Pressure Washing: What's the Difference?

Match the Method to the Surface

Exterior materials and their condition determine the cleaning approach. A low-pressure house wash and hard-surface cleaning serve different purposes, and neither is suitable for every surface.

Our House Soft Wash

We inspect and prepare, wet nearby landscaping and protect sensitive areas as appropriate, apply an appropriate cleaning solution using low pressure, then rinse treated surfaces and surrounding areas and inspect the results. This treats organic buildup on suitable exterior surfaces.

Our Driveway and Surface Cleaning

We assess the surface and buildup, pretreat when appropriate, clean using suitable equipment and pressure, then rinse loosened debris and apply additional treatment when needed. A surface cleaner handles broad areas, with edge detailing as needed. Oil, rust, irrigation stains, paint, and permanent discoloration are not guaranteed to disappear.

Know Your Quoted Scope

Roofline down means included exterior walls, soffits, fascia, and exterior gutter faces where accessible and suitable. It excludes roofs, gutter interiors, and indoor house cleaning. Exterior Tucker window cleaning is included only when listed. Driveways, sidewalks, patios, walkways, and pool decks must each be specified in the quote. Pavers need material-specific assessment; sanding and sealing are separate unless expressly listed.
