Always Wash Your Home Before Painting, Here's Why

Start with the Surface Condition

Dirt and organic buildup can interfere with coating preparation. Cleaning can help reveal loose paint, damaged trim, and other issues that need a painter or repair professional. Washing alone does not guarantee adhesion or finish life.

Our Confirmed House-Wash Process

We inspect exterior surfaces and prepare the area; wet nearby landscaping and protect sensitive areas as appropriate; apply an appropriate cleaning solution using low pressure; then rinse treated surfaces and surrounding areas and inspect the results.

Cleaning Is Not Paint Removal

The house wash treats organic buildup on suitable exterior surfaces. It does not promise removal of oxidation, failed paint, or every contaminant. Paint removal, coating preparation, and repair needs require separate assessment.

Define the Included Areas

Roofline down covers included exterior walls, soffits, fascia, and exterior gutter faces where accessible and suitable. Roof cleaning, gutter-interior cleaning, and interior house cleaning are not included. Exterior window cleaning is included only when listed in the package.

Coordinate with Your Painter

Have your painter confirm required preparation, repairs, and drying before applying a coating. Cleaning is one step in that plan, not a promise of a flawless or permanent finish.
